You can give yourself a raise . We are offering up to a 100% split to the experienced agents who have the entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to keep more of their hard earned Commissions. We will provide the level of support one would expect from a 100% organization. The agents selected for the 100% program will be required to pay a monthly desk fee and a small per transaction charge. There are no franchise fees, and commissions are paid at closing.

You’ll get the support you need from a non-competing Broker. Working with associate companies there is an opportunity to earn mortgage origination and processing fees.


	Less experienced agents may benefit from a generous split program rising from 65% to 85% as a function of their experience and productivity. Our remuneration program allows the new-comers a greater opportunity to keep more of their earnings and an opportunity to “graduate” to 100% status. We also encourage the formation of 100% commission teams headed by the more experienced agents.
